  This brochure is made for tour operators planning to do cycling tours in the Coastal Region of Lithuania. The brochure includes general information about Lithuania, possibilities for arrival by plane, train, bus, ferry and boat, services for cyclists (bicycle shops and repair workshops, rental), presentation of the Seaside Cycle Route and recommended cycling itineraries, contacts of tourism information centres and local travel agencies offering cycling holidays.

Besides downloading from this website, most publications in 3 languages (Lithuanian, English and German) are available for free from:
- Tourism Information Centres in the Coastal Region and largest cities of Lithuania;
- Lithuanian Tourism Information Centres abroad (Finland, Poland, Germany, Spain)
